Following is a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made from mySupply Store.
1. Orders & Delivery:
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by mySupply Store. Generally orders will be provisioned and fulfilled within one business day or if received out of business hours then the next business day.
mySupply Store aims to deliver within 1-4 working days from the time of placing an order. Deliveries will be made during the hours of 8am – 5pm, unless otherwise specified, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Exact times of deliveries cannot be specific by our drivers. Drivers do require a signature for the delivery of goods, however, an Authority to Leave notice can be nominated at the time of placing an order in the comments section at the checkout process when placing an order. Specific delivery instructions should also be given, where applicable, to assist the driver with making a successful delivery. Drivers will leave a card in the event of an unsuccessful delivery with details outlining how to arrange re-delivery of goods.
Please note, delivery can only be made to physical addresses. PO boxes, parcel boxes and lockers and locked bags cannot be delivered to.
In any event, if your delivery has not been received within 1-4 working days from the time of placing an order, please contact Customer Service on 1300 850 431 to follow up the status of your delivery.
Freight is charged at a flat rate of $15.91 (excluding GST) for all orders under $150 (excluding GST). Orders over $150 (excluding GST) are eligible for free freight.
mySupply Store may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. mySupply Store may refuse an order for any product at its sole discretion if it believes that the order contravenes mySupply Store’s Acceptable Usage Policy or might be a fraudulent order.
2. Returns & Refunds
At mySupply Store we aim to deliver the best quality products. mySupply Store honours the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that entitles customers to a refund or replacement for a failure of acceptable quality in a product received.
Returns for change of mind will be accepted by mySupply Store provided that goods are returned in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. A return freight charge will be charged to the customer for the return of change of mind products. This charge will be dependent on the size, weight and volume of the product(s) being returned.
Any refunds that are required will be processed only to the same method used to make the order. This includes to the same credit card number / account if the payment was by credit card. In the event that the card is lost, stolen or cancelled mySupply Store may require confirmation from the card provider or issuing bank for any change.
3. Prices, Payment & Credit Card Information
For each order, you must pay:
- The applicable price for the relevant services confirmed by mySupply Store which may include a deposit related to the provision of Professional Services; and
- The delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time if required; and
- Any applicable taxes such as Goods and Services Tax in Australia.
- All pricing quoted excludes GST.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to mySupply Store is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We only accept payments using the methods stated in the orders & payment section of this website.
You credit card information will be processed by the payment provider that you select during the check-out process. All payment providers used by mySupply Store are PCI DSS Compliant. mySupply Store is also PCI DSS Compliant. mySupply Store will not store your credit card data in our website or web servers.
Payment must be cleared before the services are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with mySupply Store.
4. Products and Services
mySupply Store aims to deliver products that are of high quality at all times. When goods are received they should be checked against the invoice or delivery docket. Where required, invoices and delivery dockets are to be signed and forwarded to the nominated contact for processing.
In the event that goods are not received in full please contact Customer Service on 1300 850 431 to advise which product(s) are missing. Steps will be taken to recover the missing items immediately.
If a product does not meet the expected standard or satisfaction please contact Customer Service to discuss. mySupply Store will endeavour to ensure a suitable option will be provided.
5. Your Account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify mySupply Store in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. mySupply Store may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
6. Images and specifications
Images that are displayed on the mySupply Store websites are for informational and marketing purposes and do not represent the actual contents of a product or service. Please refer to the detail product description and the Additional Product Information for specifications. The features and functions of individual products may be changed or updated from time to time.
Any liability of mySupply Store in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of mySupply Store be limited to: 1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
9. Changes to Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. mySupply Store may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
10. Applicable Law
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11. Credit Card Data and PCI DSS Compliance
mySupply Store hosting environment and ecommerce software packages are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, you can find out more from their website at www.pcisecuritystandards.org.
Our website and hosting service provider undergoes an annual PCI compliance review using a Qualified Security Audit company which is BEA Systems.
PCI DSS requires that you do not store credit card data unencrypted on your website. This includes where credit card information might be added to notes on orders or customer records. mySupply Store will scan for credit card data on a regular basis and hash out (destroy) the card number that is stored. mySupply Store reserves the right, without recourse, to take offline any online store that is found to be storing credit card data until the situation has been rectified.
